Briefing on our Privacy Policy

Pursuing our policy of transparency and honesty in compliance with applicable regulations and with particular reference to Legislative Decree N° 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code"), here we provide you with some information regarding the processing of the personal data you provide to us. To be precise, the text of Article 4(1)(a) of the Privacy Code states that by 'processing' is to be understood: "any operation or series of operations carried out with or without the assistance of electronic means, which involves the gathering, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilisation, interlinking, blocking, communication, circulation, deleting, or destruction of data, even where the data is not stored in a databank".

1. Purposes of the Data-Processing

1.1. Information collected will be processed in compliance with Article 24(1)(b) of the Privacy Code, for the following purposes:

We will not collect or processes sensitive personal information about you (for example your membership of a trades union, political party or other associations, or data relating to your health). Information collected will not be used for sending advertising or direct sales material, or gathered as sales information. Information collected will not be used for conducting market research or for sales communications.

2.1. You are free to decide whether or not to supply your information to us for the above-mentioned purposes. However, we are obliged to inform you that, should you refuse to provide us with your details, this will make it impossible for us to fulfil the purposes given under Point 1.

3. Scope of Data Communication and Circulation

3.1. Your information will not be circulated, made available or provided in consultation to third parties in any form whatsoever.

5.1. The information you provide may be processed by our employees and/or partners, persons appointed for the purpose of processing, who belong to the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Organisation, and Technical.

6.1. Information you provide will not be transferred beyond the national frontiers.

7.1. Data may be processed manually or by means of electronic or communication technology tools capable of recording, managing and transmitting the data itself.

7.2. No data is collected from the web browser used (IP address, operating system), nor is any technology employed ('cookies') capable of understanding its navigation methods.
